Subject: Another food experiment . . .
. . . that turned out surprisingly well.

I've been involved in a PROJECT for the last couple of days and didn't feel up to major cooking (nor washing the rice cooker).

I thawed some (deli-bought) Teriyaki chicken wings this afternoon, but without the rice cooker, what to serve with the that's fast and easy?

Zapped a package of frozen stir-fry veggies for 4 minutes.
Mooshed in the noodles & zapped another 3 minutes.
Stirred in some Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce - zapped 1 minute.

That's it! (Zapped the wings during the moosh and stir phases.) Dinner in less than 10 minutes. It was good enough so that I'll probably do it again.
