spacer Veal Stroganoff

Chili - The Threads this recipe came from

My favourite recipe for Veal Stroganoff looks as though it should be quite hot, but it doesn't come out that way at all.
Printer version of this recipe

1lb veal, cut in small strips
2 onions, ditto
1 tablespoon butter (or oil, but this is not traditional)
2 heaped tablespoons dry yellow mustard, ground
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup sour cream

Fry onions gently in the butter, add veal and continue to cook, stirring gently all the while until meat has lost its translucency. Add other ingredients, stir, cover tightly and simmer on very low for about 15-20 minutes. Goes well with mashed potatoes (not creamed) and cabbage(slice thinly, fry gently in small amount of oil, add 1 teaspoon cumin and a good splash of red wine. Cover tightly and simmer for 10 minutes.)
