Turnip Green Soup: 1 lb young trunip greens (w/turnips) clean and wash greens in another skillet, add the greens to some melted butter and saute until just"crisp-tender" Remove from heat and cool. Puree the greens in a blender or food processor and add to the turnips and re-heat. Add the grits and half-and-half; salt & pepper to taste. - pax -Andrew H.
