A dressed up tuna casserole. Strangely enough even picky men seem to like it. 8-)

3 c Cooked egg noodles
1 c Sour Cream
1/4 c dry Chives
1 t Crushed Garlic (1 clove)
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t pepper
1 1/2 c sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
3 cans of white meat Tuna, drained

Combine the chives and garlic with the sour cream,
Add one cup of the cheddar cheese, moosh it around
Add the noodles, then the tuna.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer to a microwave-safe pan and,
Top with the remaining cheese.
Microwave, uncovered, 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts.
