Nah, I just use regular ol' mushrooms.
Pull out the stems and stuff the cavities.
Usually I use crabmeat, since that's my favorite.
Mix the crabmeat with some cream cheese and parmesan cheese,
and whatever seasoning you like,
stuff the mushrooms and bake 'em for about 10 minutes.

I don't think I ever make them the same way twice.
I've got a real recipe someplace. I could hunt it up if you'd like.
