Sweet & Sour Cucumbers
Printer version of this recipe

For a family:
One cucumber and 1/4 cup each of the other stuff might be enough.

For a Pot Luck:
6 cucumbers and 2 cups each makes a whole bunch.

Peel and score (run the tines of a fork down the side) cucumbers.
Slice thinly or thickly according to mood.
Cover with: 1 part Vinegar, 1 part Sugar and 1 part Water.

Refrigerate overnight or for weeks.

If you feel so inclined you can add Parsley, Dill Weed, Chives, Sliced or Chopped Onion. (Red onion turns everything pink.)
