Snappy Cheese Bake

INGREDIENTS:
2 x135 gram tins(4 ounces ?) green chile peppers
450 gr (1 lb) Medium Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
1-1/2 cups Bisquick
1 .25 ltrs (2 pints) milk

TO PREPARE:
Grease a large shallow baking dish. (butter is ideal)
Split and seed green chilies, spreading flat in the bottom of the dish.
Cover green chilies with grated cheese.

In large bowl, beat eggs, and add Bisquick and milk.
Beat well.
Pour egg mixture over peppers and cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Great with steaks or as a snack or supper dish. And not too expensive.
