I've found myself wondering about things that sound nothing at all like what they sound like, and with the talk of the St. Sam's cookbook I wonder - What recipes do we know that sound nothing like what they are, but still sound like food (ie not like Rocky Road).
As an example I like Snake Pie Ingredients- Place 3/4 of the meat loaf in rectangular cake pan spread over bottom and up the sides. Sr. Cyndy From: Cyndy Anderson Date: Fri, 12 Oct 2001 Subject: odd named recipes (tasty semi-drivel) |
