spacer Sausage Balls

I have a couple of recipes of my mothers I'd like to share and we haven't had many recipes of late. I love these appetizers and have even eaten them as my meal. - Cyndy

Sausage Balls
Printer version of this recipe

2 cups Jiffy Mix (Bisquick, that kind of thing)
1 pound Sausage
8oz. shredded cheese (I like using Hoffman's Sharp Cheddar)
1/2 cup. Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
1/2 teaspoon Parsley flakes

Mix together should be just ever so slightly tacky/moist
(careful not too dry or wet, may need to adjust Jiffy amount)
Form into 1 inch balls
Place on cookie sheet
(can be frozen at this point - freeze separate, then put in bag)
Bake 10 minutes at 350 F
   (if frozen bake 15-20 minutes)
