spacer Rigatoni Arrabiata

I can't wait till Spring Training (baseball)! It's to be 80 here today. In anticipation of which, I post the following recipe I got from the best Italian restaurant on the Gulf Coast (In my opinion): http://www.villagallace.com/aboutus.htm
(ED: This link was inactive 9/22/05)

Rigatoni Arrabiata (makes 2 servings)
Printer version of this recipe

1/2 pound rigatoni pasta
1 dozen jumbo shrimp(peeled and de-veined)
3 cloves garlic(minced)
2 large ripe tomatoes(diced)
7 fresh basil leaves
8 pitted calamata olives
2 tbsp virgin olive oil
Red crushed pepper(to taste)

1. Cook pasta
2. In a separate skillet combine remaining ingredients.
3. Cook on medium flame for approximately 4-5 minutes (turning shrimp until cooked - do not overcook).
4. Drain pasta.
5. Saute pasta with sauce and serve.
