I know that the RC's do, but the Orthodox churches require it. It all seems to go back to the St. John model of the Eucharist. I tried matzo once and it really made lots of crumbs. Pita and tortilla hardly leave any. Okay here is a pita bread recipe: PITA BREAD 2 cups flour Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Place on very lightly greased cookie sheet sprinkled with cornmeal. Bake at 450 for 4 min. and then turn over for 4 more minutes or until lightly brown. From: +Glenn E.
