Obnoxious Veggies

As for favorite recipes for all those obnoxious veggies, I suggest ...

Get some brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, 
zucchini, yellow squash, carrot, green pepper, 
mushroom, and onion. 

Separate the broccoli and cauliflower flowers into bite sized pieces. 
Slice the zucchini, squash, carrot, pepper, mushroom and onion. 

Dump them all in a steamer and steam until just warm and tender, 
but certainly not so much as to cause the broccoli to go limp. 

Season with some butter buds, margarine or butter 
(depending on your dietary requirements) and pepper. 

Serve while warm with  a slice of a good whole grain bread 
and a glass of a dry white wine. 

A feast for a king.
