Microwaved Bulk Oatmeal
Printer version of this recipe

I buy dry oatmeal in bulk for about 50 cents (US - an Australian dollar, or 75 cents Canadian?) a pound and cook it in the microwave with blueberries when I can get them, or rasins or other dry fruit when I need to. A quarter cup of oatmeal with a half cup of water at 3 minutes in high with a few ounces of milk makes a good and healthy breakfast.

Let me add than Tony is a fine cook, and a most gracious host.
