spacer Not quite BBQ Lamb

Not quite BBQ, but you probably know that Aussies eat a lot of lamb. My daughter has a marinade with coffee in it:

Not quite BBQ Lamb
Printer version of this recipe

Put honey and mustard on the lamb, and a bit of rosemary..
Make half a cup of really strong coffee and pour it over the roast,
but be careful not to wash the honey and mustard off.. bake for the usual time..

I have found it works quite nicely with pork and beef! I was rather surprised when she said she used coffee but have to admit the flavour is superb.

Blessings,
Val
