Mocha Frosting - The Thread

My Mama's Mocha Frosting
Printer version of this recipe

1 pound confectioner's sugar (absolutely NOT granulated)
1 stick sweet (unsated butter) softened, not melted
1/4 to 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa, depending on taste
1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
2 tablespoons very strong coffee (good stuff ;-)
Milk as needed

Cream sugar, cocoa and butter together with vanilla
Add coffee
Add milk as needed,
beat (by hand if strong like bull, with an electric beater at low if you are a guy ;-) until fluffy
Eat, or, if family and friends insist, apply to deserving cake.
