She's doing the turkey this time round so I'm taking Marvie Jane's Red Lettuce Salad.

Marvie Jane's Red Lettuce Salad
Printer version of this recipe

Dressing: 1 c Olive Oil
1/3 c Cider Vinegar
1 T Sugar
1 1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Paprika
1/2 t Dry Mustard
1 clove Minced Garlic

Serve over Red Lettuce,
Toasted Almonds and
1 can of Mandarin Oranges.

If you want to be fancy, you can add some salad shrimp as well.
Great pot-luck salad.
