spacer Mint Sauce - Allen's

Everybody has been talking about mint jelly as sacrilege, and, of course, I would never use it. But what about http://www.rainforestwebs.com/recipes/mint.html

Mint Sauce - Allen's
Printer version of this recipe
Just right for lamb the New Zealand way.

1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
boiling water
1 TBS sugar
1/2 cup malt vinegar
Salt

Put mint into a jug. Cover with boiling water and add sugar and vinegar.
Add salt to taste.

This make 1/2 cup.

I do like mint sauce with lamb. Always have, always will.
