Roy's Meatballs and Pasta Sauce
Printer version of this recipe

Ground beef,
egg,
oatmeal,
onions and
garlic in the proper proportions.

The onion is nearly minced.
The garlic is chrushed.
Mix with hands.
Form into balls.
Brown in in frypan.
Cook with sauce.

Sauce contains
crushed tomatoes,
tomato paste,
onions,
bell peppers,
garlic,
oregano
and bay leaf in the proper proportions.
Again the onions and peppers are cut very small.

Cook on low heat with meatballs and italian sausage until too tired to cook any more.

Eat until stuffed.
Refrigerate or freeze remainder.

Can I come back now?
