spacer Lenten Pudding

Sibyl, this ( Mocha Orange Cappucino Pudding) sounds absolutely delicious -
I think I'll have to try it, once Lent is past!

Our Lenten Pudding
Printer version of this recipe

Fruit Juice (Concord Grape is best, or Cranberry)
cooked with Minute Tapioca (soak it first).
Take it off the flame just before it comes to a boil,
otherwise all the tapioca might disappear!

This thickens as it cools and is good warm or chilled.

Even better with half and half, whipped cream, or ice cream
but fat-free, perfectly lenten, and yummy as is.
