This recipe comes from Joan Sisenis, who gave it to me for The Quest.
Its very, very rich, but delicious.

Latvian Pancakes
Printer version of this recipe

1/2 c Flour
1 t Sugar
1 c Sour Cream
6 Eggs

Mix it all together (it will be thin) and cook it in butter in a crepe pan.
