spacer Karin's Killer Potato Salad

While my daughter was home on vacation she got a late invitation to a cookout the next day. She wanted to make a Potato Salad and had to make do with what was already in the house. It turned out great. (All measured amounts are to the best of our recollection - we didn't write it down until we realized how good it was.)
