Now you've done it, Roy. It's almost lunchtime, I'm hungry and you changed the subject line in such a way that *requires* that I share with everyone the following recipe. I had it at Mother's in Boulder, over 20 years ago. Huevos Put refried beans on a soft-flour tortilla and put it on the griddle to heat. Cook the eggs. I always had mine over. When the cooking is done the assembling begins. The finished product, from bottom to top is:
