spacer Zim's Hot Fudge Sauce

Hmmmmmmmm,

Virtual chocolate, gin, optional leatherwear (is that like soft-wear?) - sounds much too good to miss / missus / mz - let's see, what can I bring? [insert virtual rummaging around in virtual feminazi closet, the one that I'm happily out of right now but willing to go into to find old hang-ups]

Howzabout a some homemade vanilla ice cream & Zim's Hot Fudge Sauce
Printer version of this recipe

-----recipe for super-easy hot fudge sauce from Zimri hisself-----

into the top of a double boiler put:
2 sticks butter (= 1 cup = 1/2 lb total)
2 boxes powdered sugar (= 2 lb total)
2/3 c evaporated milk (= 6 fl oz)
6 squared bitter chocolate (= 1 oz each)

and leave it there over boiling water -- without stirring or whisking even once -- for half an hour.

Then, take it off the burner and beat it with a whisk.

Serve great copious gobs of it with, on, and over your ice cream (or just eat it with a spoon without any ice cream).

Leave the rest in the top of the double boiler for up to a week and snag a finger full every time you are in the kitchen. If there is any left at the end of the week, something is wrong. Also, can be reheated in microwave or on the stove.

After all, it used to be Zim's fault for everything!
