Half-Smoke Sandwich

1. Slice a hot half-smoke lengthwise.
2. Place it on a microwavable plate, cut side down.
3. Top with chopped onions.
4. Top onions and half-smoke with pieces of strong cheddar cheese.
5. Zap in microwave for aproximately 3 1/2 minutes.
6. Drain fat.
7 Place it on one slice of toasted Russian pumpernickel and cover with another slice.
8. Salute in the direction of the nearest fancy restaurant.
9. Enjoy.
