Anglican Chili?
Printer version of this recipe

That's ground beef fried and drained, with a can of Campbell's Beans and plenty of Ketchup. Salt and pepper to taste.

Somewhere in my collection, I have a recipe book from an Episcopal parish in Chicago that makes Lasagna with Cottage Cheese, ground beef, and Heinz tomato sauce alternating between the levels of Ronzoni, sprinkled with ground swiss and "Baked to Perfection."

Cheers,
Jim
