Most of the menus I use for Grice can be adapted to game hens: Grouse Casserole: Cut grice (or game hens) in to bite size or bigger pieces. Pour 1 can mushroom soup that has been mixed with a cup & a half boiling water over the birds Add onions, mushrooms, bell pepper and celery that has been sauteed.
