spacer Grilled Shrimp

Thought to get shed of some stuff in the freezer; this is what we're having:
BBQ'ed CRABS

GRILLED SHRIMP
Printer version of this recipe

As much shelled (& deveined for the squeamish and retentive amongst y'all) shrimp as you can comfortably eat at one setting..

Marinate 1 or several hrs in a jar with:
1/2 cup olive oil, lemon juice,
3 or 4 garlic cloves &
1 onion, finely chopped,
parsley, basil, dry mustard & salt.

Grill over hot coals till bright pink
( less than 5 minutes total - nothing tastes worse than overcooked shrimp
other than overcooked squid)

Alternative 1 to above (I haven't decided yet as it's still early):
SWEET N' SOUR BBQ SAUCE

(Don't tell Fr. Tom I posted this, he'll take away my Barbeque Certification)
