The Gospel of Andrew Crabs is grand. Worldwide. I've eaten all the ones you can find in pretty much any market on five continents and several large islands. They is best, fresh. Period. After that, they just taste like so much wet cardboard. Horseradish and ketchup will only mask so much. Gillian R. Barr writes: Steamed Maryland blue crabs are the best!
