spacer Garlic Bread

Last month I was shopping at Costco and took a few minutes to *graze* for lunch. They had some really wonderful Garlic Bread. I've been trying to duplicate it & after many tries I think I've finally got it. (I usually make a fairly big batch of garlic butter so I have it handy for pasta.) Here 'tis:

Garlic Bread
Printer version of this recipe

1 cube Butter
1 cube Margarine
3 T Garlic juice
3/4 c Fresh Romano
1 t Parsley

Zap it in the microwave for about a minute to make it easy to mix.
Cool it to a spreadable consistency.
Slice a loaf of good French, Sour Dough or Parmesan bread lenthwise, and score it into serving size pieces
Slather the garlic butter on and into all the crevices.
Bake 5 min at 350, then give it 2 min under the broiler.

Yummy.
