Another fun one! Sorry but I only have the american measurements:-{

Fruit Pizza
Printer version of this recipe

1 (18oz.) roll of refrigerator sugar cookies / or / Jiffy Banna Nut Muffin mix - follow the cookie recipie.

1 (8oz.) container soft cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
assorted fruits - like strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, raspberries, Manderine oranges, tangerines, etc.
1/2 cup orange marmalade, peach or apricot preserves
2 bsp. water

Cut cookie dough into 1/8 inch slices.
Arrange over-lapping on a foil covered pizza pan.
Press edges to seal.
Bake at 375 F for 10-12 minutes, until golden.
Cool. Remove to serving plate.

Combine: cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Mix til fully blended then spread on the "crust".
Arrange fruit on top of the spread - randomly or in a pattern, be artistic!

Mix water and marmalade/preserves, use mixture as a glaze on the fruit.

Chill and cut into wedges.
