Alb Tross writes: Now you've done it! FRUIT BAT Ingredients: Shampoo the bat and rinse thoroughly. Do not eviscerate, skin, etc. Leave intact including head, tail wings and feet. Fill a large iron pot (8-10 gallons) 2/3 full of coconut milk. Add bat and simmer several hours until tender. Turn bat halfway through cooking time. Serve with lots of rice and other side dishes.
