spacer Freezing Tomatoes

. . .There's nothing better on a cold winter day than a big pot of spaghetti and this tomato-y sauce that tastes of summertime. Yum.

Freezing Tomatoes

And do you all know you can just put tomatoes straight into freezer bags and into the freezer? With grape, roma, and cherry tomatoes, I just load up quart freezer bags and pitch 'em into the freezer; with larger tomatoes, I core and cut them up a bit, to fit more in. They sure are good in soups and chili, come January.
