A dozen hard boiled eggs, diced
A quarter-cup of finely diced celery
A tablespoon of finely minced onion
A tablespoon (or two) of mayo
A tablespoon (or two) of good mango chutney
A tablespoon (or two) of sour cream
A tablespoon of good curry powder

Mix vigorously.

Eat on toast.

Mighty fine.
