ZUCCHINI EGG FU YUNG (serves 4) 4 medium unpeeled zucchini, coarsely grated Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. fry by tablespoonfuls in hot oiled skillet, turning once when edges are golden brown. Serve with the following sauce: 1 Cup chicken broth Combine in saucepan and stir over medium heat until mixture boils, then quickly lower heat and simmer, stirring, for one minute.
