My favorite "Disasterole"....
Printer version of this recipe

Brown ground beef with onion, some garlic and Italian seasoning.
When the beef is cooked, add 3 small cans of tomato sauce. Set aside.

Cook about 8oz of noodles (either wide or medium), drain and set aside.

Mix together
1 large block of cream cheese (softened),
1 cup of cottage cheese,
1/4 cup of sour cream, and
1/2 cup of chopped green pepper.

In a disposable pan, put a layer of noodles, a layer of meat sauce,
all the cheese filling, more noodles, the rest of the meat sauce.

Top with grated parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

It can be frozen for later (cook before freezing).
It tastes even better as "leftovers".

Peace,
Laura
