2 cups milk
5 eggs
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
(2/3 cup nuts)

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Heat the milk until lukewarm.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, flour and sugar until well-combined.

Stir in the milk and pour the mixture into greased muffin tins or ramekins, filling them halfway.

Sprinkle nuts over top and bake for 30 minutes, until puffed up and cooked through.

Serve warm. Makes 1 dozen.
