Here's a use for quick - grits: CREOLE GARLIC GRITS 1 cup 5-minute grits Cook grits, seasoned with 1 tsp salt for 5 minutes Fry bacon till crisp and crumble up Fry eggs in margarine however you like 'em Flop 1/4 of the grits on a plate with a pat of margarine Serve with cat-head bisquits and gravy.
