Mary Beth Keys's Crab Quiche

2 tablespoons minced green onion
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 pound crabmeat
1/4 teaspoon each of salt & pepper
2 tablespoons sherry
3 eggs
1 cup half and half
Deep dish pie shell
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese

Cook onion in butter.
Add crab and salt and pepper.
Boil for a second and then let cool.
Beat eggs with half-and-half and
add sherry and Swiss cheese.
Mix. Pour into pie shell and
bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

ObAng: Some people on this list get pretty crabby sometimes (but they wouldn't if they ate some of the above).
