This recipe for slaw is fairly simple (makes 6 servings)

Cole Slaw 1
Printer version of this recipe

3 cups shredded cabbage
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup of mayonanaise OR salad dressing
1 tablespoonful of vinegar
1 teaspoonful of sugar
1/2 teaspoonful of caraway seed
1/4 teaspoonful of salt

Mix first 2 ingredients.
Then blend together the remaining ingredients and toss with cabbage/green pepper.
Cover and chill.

Tell Susan it was 55 degrees today "at home".
