Hi, everyjones, Secret Zucchini Bread Ricipe 1 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. You can either use 1 large bread pan and bake for the full time, or two smaller loaf pans and bake for about 35 minutes. I like to use the smaller ones, because you get nice little pound cake-like slices of the bread. With all of the chocolate, you don't really see any green in this, so you don't have to tell people that it contains zucchini.
