spacer Garlicky Chicken/Asparagus "Stir-Fry"

Yesterday I was involved in a bread baking project & didn't want to spend a lot of time on cooking dinner. I had some left over rice and some asparagus that had to be used while still fresh. While waiting for the bread I thawed 2 chicken breasts, sliced them thin & zapped 'em for 3 minutes. OK, I've got the ingredients, now how to make them interesting?

Printer version of this recipe

In a Wok-shaped Microwave bowl I melted:
      4 T       Margarine
Added:
1 bunch of Asparagus (about a lb), broken into bite sized pieces
Zapped it for 3 minutes covered with waxed paper
Added:
      2 T       Minced Garlic
      A handful (about 1/3 c) Fresh Romano
2          Chicken Breasts, cooked & sliced
      2 c       Cooked Rice < >

Mixed it up and Zapped another 3 minutes.
Turned out delicious. 8-)
