Yesterday I was involved in a bread baking project & didn't want to spend a lot of time on cooking dinner. I had some left over rice and some asparagus that had to be used while still fresh. While waiting for the bread I thawed 2 chicken breasts, sliced them thin & zapped 'em for 3 minutes. OK, I've got the ingredients, now how to make them interesting? Garlicky Chicken/Asparagus "Stir-Fry" In a Wok-shaped Microwave bowl I melted: Mixed it up and Zapped another 3 minutes.
