Well, no I didn't write it down, I just kinda threw things in as I went along <bg> seemed to balance out ok though. Very simply though it was:

Chicken over Rice
Printer version of this recipe

6 chicken breasts diced.
3 peppers (red, green and yellow)
half pint sock
half pint white wine
half pint double cream
2 large onions
8 ozs mushrooms
teaspoon mixed herbs
generous sprinkle of special salt
(this is sea salt that has provencal herbs, lavendar and peppercorns in it)

just fried everything off lightly in extra virgin oil and then tossed them in with the liquids and cooked slowly in a low oven.

Oh and thanks for the wake-up call Mimi, I froze the extra rice <bg>
