spacer Lenten Butter Substitute

Does anyone know this Greek Orthodox Lenten butter substitute recipe?

The ingredients are:

Greek olives, ground to a paste
garlic, ground to a paste
walnuts, ground to a paste
olive oil

but I can't seem to get the proportions right. A Greek lady used to bring it to our Lenten soup-and-bread suppers after Evensong, but I never wrote down the measurements.

My dietician says Southerners are hopeless ... here's why (grin): Smothered Chicken

Cheers,
Bud
