Bacon and vidalia onions can make brussels sprouts attractive and edible. Or Sally's fine Moffatt's Meadow Herbs, which I added to my asparagus last night.

Brussels sprouts cooked with chestnuts and maple syrup are also fine.

Steamed lightly until bright green but still crunchy, then lightly sauteed in real butter.

That is all you need to do to have divine brussels sprouts.

Brussels sprouts are yummy. I have a good recipe for a Winter Vegetable Casserole that features Brussels sprouts and carrots, with horseradish - bread crumbs on the top. It's become a T'giving staple.
