spacer Boater's (Hunt-camp) Lime Pie

Boater's (Hunt-camp) Lime Pie:
Printer version of this recipe

This one's got no eggs to poison you if the refrigeration leaves something to be desired - so it's politically correct in this day and age that eggs aren't supposed to be good for you:

1 packaged or frozen 8-inch crust (graham cracker of course)
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (NOT 'evaporated')
1/2 cup lime juice (and the grated zest of a lime if you really like lime)

combine the milk and lime juice in a bowl and blend well.
Refrigerate until firm in the center
(the lime juice will thicken the milk when you stir it together).

You can serve the pie filling like pudding if you don't have or are too lazy to make the crust.
