Any bean soup recipe will do, ths one I usually do with lentils. In a Crock Pot soak overnight: In the morning add:
2 Onions - chopped (I used 2 handfuls of dehydrated onion) Cook 3 hours at High then 12 or more at Low An hour or two before you want to serve it, dump about half in a blender and puree it.
