These have very little to do with the subject of the one, true BBQ, however: #1: Barbeque Sauce
(for chicken, seafood, etc.) 1/2 cup water Combine all ingrediens in a stainless saucepan, stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or so - just enough to dissolve the sugar.
