spacer Barbeque Sauce - Andrew's

These have very little to do with the subject of the one, true BBQ, however:

#1: Barbeque Sauce (for chicken, seafood, etc.)
Printer version of this recipe

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup malt vinegar
3 tbsps light corn syrup
1 6 oz can tomato paste
couple of teaspons Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
3 cloves garlic - minced
1/2 cup minced onion
at least 1 (I use two or three) Scotch bonnet peppers - seeded & minced
(wash your hands before touching your face after this escapade)
1 bay leaf
1 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp salt

Combine all ingrediens in a stainless saucepan, stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or so - just enough to dissolve the sugar.

Don't overcook or you'll lose the zest of the peppers. Great for grilling shrimp.

#2 - Standard Creole Sauce
