spacer BBQ'ed Crabs

Thought to get shed of some stuff in the freezer; this is what we're having:
GRILLED SHRIMP

BBQ'ed CRABS:
Printer version of this recipe

Rinse & clean soft-shell crabs (Callinectes sp.)
(instructions available on request)

Place over coals on an oiled broiler or sheet of tin foil....

5 minutes a side, basting near constantly with sauce of
1/2 cup each tomato juice, butter & white wine;
minced garlic (1 clove or more)
Salt & pepper/Old Bay orother seafood seasoning to taste.

Serve with remainder of sauce to dip.

Alternative 1 to above (I haven't decided yet as it's still early):
SWEET N' SOUR BBQ SAUCE
