spacer Barbeque Sauce - Laura's

Paul wrote:
So, does anyone out there have a good recipe for BBQ sauce that I can use in my own kitchen? Remember, I would rather make it myself than buy it at the store, if I have the ingredients in my cupboard already.

Try this recipe for BBQ sauce. It beats anything that's store bought...
Printer version of this recipe

1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/4 to 1/2 cup vinegar
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp EACH of salt, oregano, marjoram, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, and celery seed.
Add tabasco to taste

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.

Enjoy,
Laura
