Artichoke Pies

Frozen pie shells

1-2 eggs
2-3 cans artichoke hearts in water (drained)
1/2 lb Mozzarella (low moisture)
1/8 C milk
1 Tbs grated parmesan
2-3 shakes garlic

bake shells per directions,
fill with artichokes,eggs,milk,garlic combined,
cover with cheeses.
Bake 50-60 min @ 350.
Top should be browned.
